Second Vaccination Appointments In Hendry And Glades County, Florida

LABELLE, FL. -- For those that received their first shots at FDOH-Hendry and Glades the week of January 4-January 8, 2021:

Second Dose: All individuals who received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine through the Florida Department of Health in Hendry and Glades Counties’ on January 04-07, 2021 will be contacted by the FDOH – Hendry or Glades staff.

Appointments for 2nd dose will be scheduled the week of February 1-5, 2021.

The week before your second dose is due, you will be contacted with instructions for your follow up vaccination appointment. You do not need to do anything until contacted.

Please do not contact FDOH in Hendy and Glades regarding 2nd dose vaccine appointment as no additional information will be available to the phone operators.
