Vaccinations In Clewiston Friday January 8 By Appointment At Health Department

Clewiston, FL — The Department of Health in Hendry County (Clewiston) will accept appointments for the COVID-19 Vaccination for Friday, January 8, 2021.

Editor's Note: As it appears that about 12 appointment per hour are being scheduled by the Health Department, appointment times will run out quickly. It has also been reported that phone lines are often busy and callers cannot get through to make an appointment.

The Health Department will be following the Governor’s Executive Order 20-315.

COVID-19 vaccine shall only be given to the following populations (Must have proper ID):

• Long-term care facility residents and staff;
• Persons 65 years of age and older; and
• Health care personnel with direct patient contact
