MOORE HAVEN, FL. -- Perfect weather greeted parade goers at the annual Chalo Nitka ("Big Fish") Festival Parade and Rodeo this week. The 10 a.m. annual parade up Avenue J to the Rodeo grounds featured festival royalty, queens and princesses, swamp buggies, floats and trucks with local elected officials and dozens and dozens of horses.
The festivities conclude this evening with the Rodeo.
