Drummond Candidate For Hendry Elections Office

Experienced, educated, dependable, honest and a native of Hendry County are some words used to described Kevin Drummond. Kevin Drummond is a candidate for the Supervisor of Elections and runs unopposed on the republican ticket.

Born and raised in Hendry County, graduated and also Eagle Scout, he attended Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, FL, and started a career at Capitol Police under Former Governor Jeb Bush.

He later moved to work for the State Police under Department of Transportation and then the Florida Highway Patrol as a Statewide Investigator. He graduated from Florida A & M University and attended Florida Gulf Coast University to obtain his Masters in Public Administration.

He has many ideas and visions for Hendry County and wants the opportunity to show what a product of Hendry County can do when given a chance. He describes the current Supervisor of Elections Office as in need of a “fresh coat of paint”.

He states that “for a county to have one of the lowest turnout rates in the state, something should be done and to me that is unacceptable. Every vote matters and I plan to spend the next four years if given a chance as your Supervisor of Elections to prove it”.

He already has taken up the task of registering voters to vote in Hendry County as a Third Party Organization and has had good luck so far. “There is a need for voter education here in Hendry County”. He is described to be a very personable person and urges residents to call him anytime if they have questions regarding the election process and the importance of voting.

He can be contacted at: www.electdrummond.com or you can reach him at: 863-234-3480. “I hope to see all around town and God bless!”
