4 Women, 2 Men Arrested In Hendry Drug Bust



Large Bonds Set For Two - Pregnant Female Released After Arrest

LABELLE, FL. -- On October 9, 2012, after an extensive investigation, Hendry County Narcotics Investigators arrested 35 year old Marcellous Smith of 515 Sunset Drive, George Jones, 44 years of age, of 972 Fordson Ave., and Wendy Soucier, 44 years of age, of 801 Manatee Ave. on charges of Sale of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell.

Smith (photo above) is charged with 10 counts of Sale of Cocaine within 1000’ of a Public Park and 10 counts of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell within 1000’ of a Public Park. He is currently being held on $535,000.00 bond.

Jones is charged with 1 count of Sale of Cocaine within a 1000’ of a Public Park and one count of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell within 1000’ of a Public Park. He is being held on $55,000.00 bond.

Soucier is charged with three counts of Sale of Cocaine within a 1000’ of a Public Park and three counts of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell within 1000’ of a Public Park. She is being held on $165,000.00 bond.

On October 10, 2012 Narcotics Investigators arrested 31 year old Shilo Dickerson of 1036 Eden Drive, 22 year old Tiffany Elders of 1011 W. Dolly Street and Rachael Frederick 36, of 1101 Mohowk Ave.

Dickerson (left) was arrested and charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, one count of Sale of a Controlled Substance, three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She is currently being held on $231,000.00 bond.

Rachael Frederick was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, one count of Sale of a Controlled Substance, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription. She is being held on $49,500.00 bond.

Elders was charged with three counts Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, five counts Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, two counts Sale of a Controlled Substance, five counts Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription, and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. It was determined by the Judge to release Elders with a court date as she is currently 8 months pregnant.
