LaBelle's Gary Hall Arrested - Drugs, Weapons

Arrested On Weapons And Drug Charges - Bond Set At $294,000

LABELLE, FL. -- On Friday, September 28, 2012, deputies with the Hendry county Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at 5689 West State Road 80, LaBelle, Florida, the home of 32 year old Gary Albert Hall.

Once inside Deputies found 16 grams of powder cocaine, morphine pills, and suboxone pills. Both morphine and suboxone are a prescription medication and must be taken under a doctor's care as prescribed.

Hall, a very large man, at  6' 3" and 300 pounds was unable to provide Deputies with a prescription for either.  Hall had been arrested three prior times in 2011, charged for drugs, probation violation, and sex with an underage teen.

Deputies located an open and partially used bottle of white powder creatine. Creatine is a popular and common cutting agent used for mixing and making more products.

Deputies also found approximately 19 quart size and 15 pint size bottles of suspected moonshine. Also seized during the search was a large gun safe and $3,133 in US currency.

As deputies searched the residence, a wooden shed near the residence and Hall’s Dodge pickup truck, they located 39 assorted firearms along with thousands of rounds of ammunition.

Hall was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell within 1000 feet of a place of worship, 3 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Without a Prescription, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 38 counts Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Possession of Ammunition by a Convicted Felon.

Hall is currently being held on $294,000.00 bond.

UPDATE: On May 24, 2013 Circuit Judge Donald Mason ordered the forfeiture under the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act of $3,313 in currency found at Hall's residence at the time of his arrest. Hall died on August 11, 2013 in Fort Myers. On September 4, 2013 assistant State Attorney Amanda Brown declined to prosecute the remaining charges in the case, filing a Notice of Nol Prosequi.

Yes this is correct and just for the record he's not currently being held for shit... He is being held in the arms of his family as of August the 16th 2013 at a family residence. Also all these charges were dropped except 2 that with pertinent evidence would have been thrown out at the time of the court date. So let the man rest in peace. I don't believe the type of man you portray yourself that you will have anyone to love you or muchless attend a funeral or service for you. To bad you Bad you didn't getvto see the many friends and loved ones who said goodbye to him for now on August 17. Shame on you. You are a heartless monster. And as the saying goes what comes around goes around.

This whole thing is slanderous, if any curious parties would like to research, go to Hendry Counties public records and find that the charges were dismissed prior to his untimely death R.I.P-L.L.T
