A Confusing Array Of Government Office Closings For December
LABELLE, FL. -- Hendry County offices will be closed in observance of the Christmas Holiday on Monday and Tuesday, December 24 and 25, 2012.
But note that the County Building Department in Clewiston will be closed on Dec. 31st.
The Clerkâs office and the Court Administration offices will be open regular business hours on December 26, 27 and 28.
All County offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 1, 2013, in observance of the New Year holiday.

Extra days of closings will be the offices of the Board of County Commissioners, Tax Collector, Property Appraiser and Supervisor of Elections which will be closed on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, December 26, 27 and 28, due to an employee furlough, and will reopen on Monday, December 31.
But note that the County Building Department in Clewiston will be closed on Dec. 31st.

Wanna bet the county Commissioners are getting a full pay check that week?
Go figure, they are part time, only work 4 hours a month, but get paid more than the hourly slaves that they direct.
way to go Hendry County BOCC lay off the hourly guys draw a full check yourself!
